A new treat for chocoholics, with chocolate produced according to the Modica tradition.

DOSAGE

• n. 6 bags of Principe di Modica;
• n. 6 bars of Modica I.G.P. chocolate with 90% bitter cocoa paste;
• n. 1 bag of 1.2kg of La Contessa (chocolate treats with Modica I.G.P. chocolate).

Melt n. 1 bag of Principe di Modica (1.75kg) together with n. 1 stick in 2.5 liters of boiling water. During extraction or before extraction, add approximately 200g of La Contessa grains and finish decorating.
